KEEP YOUR HAIR SHINY & HEALTHY

Change your diet to include vitamin E,eat green vegetables and nuts. Rinse shampoo with cool water, hot water damages the hair by drying out the cuticles. Dry your hair naturally excess heat can dehydrate your hair. Lastly, peel and mash avocado, then add one teaspoon of baking powder and one teaspoon of olive oil,after mixing it massage it into your hair rinse out after 15 minutes. Do this atleast once a week.

BRAIDS CARE & TREATMENT

Shampoo and condition your hair atleast once every two weeks. Rinse your braids thoroughly.Then spray a leave-in conditioner to protect your strands. To moisturize hair daily, use product that are best for mositurising the hair. They will give your braids a nutautral healthy looking shine and it will keep your hair dehydrated.

RESTORING DAMAGED HAIR

Eat a well balanced diet. Eat high protein content foods. Use sulfate and paraben free products on your hair. Take hair supplement. Drink 7-8 glasses of water daily. Use a wide tooth combs to detangle your hair. Minimize the amount of heat use. Look into co-wash(conditioner only wash) method if your hair is dry. Keep your hair away fron sunlight.
